1–2. Général & Services

Apply to all services of ADK CLUB LIMITED (15554038). Scope, schedule and fees agreed in writing (quote or subscription).

3–4. Contrat & Paiement

Contract formed on written acceptance or start of delivery. Fees exclusive of VAT unless stated. Invoices within 14 days. Subscriptions billed monthly in advance.

5–7. Obligations, confidentialité, IP

Le client fournit les informations en temps utile. Privacy stricte des deux côtés. Rapports et méthodologies restent la propriété d’ADK Club ; licence d’usage interne accordée.

8–10. Responsabilité, résiliation, droit

Liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim. Termination with 30 days’ notice. English law; English courts.
